All orders placed by 12. hours, are dispatched the same day and are scheduled for delivery the next working day. Posta Slovenije informs us that due to the current situation, the delivery time may be extended to up to 6 working days from the day of receipt of the parcels, but they are trying to ensure that the parcels are delivered safely as soon as possible.

The tenderer must deliver the goods or services within the promised time. The contractual partner for the delivery of the parcels is Pošta Slovenije, but the tenderer reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will enable the order to be fulfilled more efficiently.

The delivery charge is indicated in the online shop at the time of ordering and is €3.90. The delivery fee is the same for the whole of Slovenia. If the product is marked free delivery, the customer will not be charged for delivery. Free delivery applies for purchases over 49 EUR and is valid for SLOVENIA. If you order other items in addition to the free delivery item, the charge will only apply to items with paid delivery.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday until 16:00 and on Saturday morning until 12:00. Parcels are delivered by Post Slovenije to the address entered by the customer when placing the order. If the buyer is not at home at the time of delivery, the courier of Post Slovenije will leave a message for the buyer to arrange for re-delivery or collection at the nearest post office. On Saturday, delivery is possible only in places where a Post Slovenije office is open.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer to UNIKA TTI d.o.o.’s account (by tender/invoice), the delivery may be delayed as the order will be processed after the tender/invoice payment has been received.

If the ordered goods are in stock in the warehouse of the online shop and the order is placed by 12. hours, the goods will be dispatched the same day. If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, they will be dispatched on the same day we receive them in stock, and you will be notified by email or phone. Delivery is made by the delivery service, normally on the next working day from the day of dispatch, but within 3 working days at the latest. Post Slovenije also notifies the buyer by SMS when the parcel has been delivered.

In the event of visible damage to the packaging or the goods, the Buyer’s complaint must be made to the Supplier or the delivery service upon receipt of the goods. The Buyer is not obliged to accept such goods and may reject the consignment. If the parcel is physically damaged, the contents are missing or show signs of opening, or the products in the parcel are damaged, but the buyer has nevertheless taken delivery of the parcel, the buyer must then initiate a complaint procedure with Post Slovenije or the provider.

If the buyer has marked personal collection in Postojna in the basket, he/she can collect the parcel at the collection point at the following address:

Personal collection is possible at our Postojna office between 8.00-11.00 and 13.00-15.00 (Monday to Friday). Payment method is by credit card, paypal or invoice.
